About the Author: Ross Boardman
Ross started in the hospitality industry at the age of 14 as a kitchen assistant in a local golf club. Throughout university he supported himself by jobs, front of house, in the kitchen or behind the bar. Many years later his dream came true and he opened his first restaurant with his wife.

He currently works as a consultant and entrepreneur in Europe and speaks in both Europe and the US.

Ross lives in Staffordshire, UK with his wife Susan and their two sons.
