About the Author: Gary Caplan
Gary Caplan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, earning three Bachelor's Degrees. He continued his education and later earned an M.D. and an M.P.H. degree. He continues to practice medicine and has had publications in several medical journals before his long time interest in science fiction writing took him to Writing. He also serves in the army reserves as a preventive medicine officer. He was the 2011 Indie Excellence Award for The Return of the Ancient Ones and the 2011 International Book Award finalist and the 2012 International Book Award for The Talcon Star City.
