About the Author: Helen E. Day
The author has been a physiotherapist, acupuncturist for 40 years. She has had a private practise for the last 20 where she specializes in "Beauty Without Injections" and chronic,persistent pain. She lives in Kelowna B.C. Canada. (The Hawaii of the north).
Helen was an instructor at the University of B.C.
Approximately 12 years ago while developing new techniques to treat her chronic pain patients, she noted that not only was the pain eliminated but the area appeared younger. The author started to wonder if she could apply these techniques to the face.
