Chronicles of Connor: Zombie Rising

A resident of the Space Coast for over forty-five years, Eric, has been watching rockets lift off from his home(s) since he was a small child. Some of Eric’s fondest memories involve tours of NASA, rocket launches of the rockets his grandfather worked on, cookouts on the Indian River Lagoon, bodysurfing, and family gatherings.

These days, Eric is low-level bureaucrat for a government organization. Eric’s days often find him locked away in a cubicle with bad lighting, poor acoustics, and a ventilation system that is either too hot or too cold, and never just right. If there are any similarities between Eric’s characters in his novels and his co-workers, it is pure happenstance.

When asked why he writes, Eric is fond of reminding the inquisitor, “no one remembers the bureaucrats."

When Eric is not reviewing endless piles of reports, he can be found staring off into the space dreaming of being on the open ocean, onboard a sturdy vessel, with salt air in his lungs and a golden compass guiding him on his journeys.
