About the Author: Dr. Robert Puff
Dr. Robert Puff, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, author, international speaker, and meditation expert who has been counseling individuals, families, nonprofits, and businesses for over twenty years.
A contributing writer to Psychology Today, he has authored numerous books (including Reflections on Meditation: A Guide for Beginners, and Meditation for Health and Happiness). He holds a master's degree from Princeton and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller. He taught at Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology and worked as staff psychologist at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, St. Jude's Medical Hospital, and other prestigious institutions. He has been happily married for fifteen years and has two children.

Elizabeth Cappelletti is the co-author and co-creator of the books Getting it Right: A Guide to Healthy Relationships, Raising Healthy Children and Teenagers, and Creating and Maintaining a Healthy Living Environment. She co-hosted the weekly international web TV show entitled The Holistic Success Show.
She uses a holistic approach to improving peoples lives by encompassing the thoughts, feelings, and emotions as well as physical health, nutrition and interpersonal relationships of an individual. She has experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals struggling with a range of emotional issues, such as depression, stress and anger management to name a few.
