Dr. Stephen Wangen is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of digestive disorders and food allergies. Dr. Wangen is a board certified physician and is himself gluten and dairy intolerant. Wangen is co-founder of the IBS Treatment Center (www.ibstreatmentcenter.com) and the Center for Food Allergies. Dr. Wangen continually investigates issues related to food allergies through his clinical work and by serving as the Medical Advisor for the nonprofit organization the Food Allergy and Intolerance Foundation. Dr. Wangen also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for people with gluten intolerance. Dr. Wangen has written two books: The Irritable Bowel Syndrome Solution and Healthier Without Wheat. He travels nationally speaking about these and related topics.
