Ann and her husband Derek now live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, close to her son and daughter and her four grandchildren. She loves her life in Australia but misses her family in England. Her days are filled with many social events with the wonderful friends she's made. She enjoys singing and is a member of the Caloundra Chorale.
This place I now call home is my happiness. Who could ask for more? The beautiful surroundings-inspired me to write this is a unique story only a few of us have the courage to write?
At the age of 75, after thirty years of hand writing it all down, finally typing it up into a manuscript this inspirational story of my life which was not 'all a field of buttercups' if this book just helps turn one persons life around, I will have contributed something to society.
