Dr. Rose Brooks Deal is a Native of Southern California. Her parents relocated to Alabama (her father’s native home) shortly after the death of Rose’s grandfather. Rose studied biology, general science, chemistry, and microbiology in high school. Rose graduated top of her class with a 4.0 average and a strong interest in sciences. Rose continued her studies at Lurleen B. Wallace State Junior College and shortly afterwards joined the U.S. Army as License Practical Nurse.
Rose joined the United States Army in September 1977 (Delayed Entry Program). Rose served as an LPN and fought for her country in several conflicts and Desert Storm during her time in service. Dr. Rose is a people person, she loves people, she is compassionate and resilient. While serving her country in the United States Army, Dr. Rose toured Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Italy, Rome, Pisa, Venice, and Korea. She had the opportunity to meet many people and learn many new things.
Dr. Rose continued attending college (It was difficult for Rose at times. Rose attended college on weekends, nights, and evenings. She studied hard and worked 12-14 hours per day in the U.S. Army), to obtain several degrees in Healthcare and Management.
Dr. Rose now possesses a Doctorate in Organizational Management & Leadership, a Masters in Health Services Administration, a Masters in Administration, a Bachelors in Healthcare Management and is a Licensed Practical Nurse (active licenses). She is a member of Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc. and a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
Dr. Rose Brooks is a 21-year Army Veteran, who gave her all in the U.S. Army. She loves her country. She was proud to serve the United States of America. Rose states, “If it was up to me, if I could, I would do it all over again…HOOAH!”
Dr. Rose Brooks is married to a Wonderful Gentleman, Mr. Wendell Deal. Dr. Rose is the President of Dr. Rose An Advocate For Women, LLC. Dr. Rose works to assist both women and men to excel and obtain their goals in life by obtaining a college degree. Dr. Rose’s books inspire both women and men to obtain their goals in life, there is no goal unattainable…Trust in Jesus Christ
