Brent Panno is an occupational therapist, an avid runner, and has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 10 years. He has scuba dived in Australia, hiked through New Zealand, and has been involved in a medical mission trip in Guatemala and Honduras. He and his wife share a home in Illinois with a beautiful daughter and a large collection of books. Mindful Running is his debut book!
