Debra's upbringing by her parents on the "dusty roads" of Clodine, Texas left an indelible mark on her as she saw first hand how they gave from the little they had to the less fortunate. From the men who were called "bumbs" that jumped from the freight trains and headed to her house for a meal, to watching her folks jump out of bed in the middle of the night to take a neighbor or a stranger to the hospital, Debra's mission is to help people's lives become better....greater.... through the love of Jesus Christ.

Whether Debra is walking the streets of the inner city to talk to a child, a prostitute, a drug dealer or speaking in a church or at a conference, her mandate from God never changes. She has devoted her life to Raising Up A Soul Winning Army For God across the earth by training others to share their faith and to win souls.
