Adie's deep love of the ocean was born of her growing up on a boat in tropical North Queensland.
Adie spent many years in recovery of her own childhood trauma which caused her social anxiety, ptsd , panic attacks and major depression.
She always knew there was something desperately wrong with her and the need to fix herself was overwhelming .. Joining a personal development movement and studying spirituality and self awareness were the first steps on her healing journey.
Later, during her years of Spiritual psychotherapy practice the big takeaway for her was seeing how anxiety can affect us all at different times, some more than others . Her delight came as her clients walk in anxious and confused only to leave with a refreshed outlook and radiating renewed hope..
