About the Author: Philothea
Philothea is this writer's Christian name. It means "Loves God" in Greek, or, "She who loves God." Currently residing in Texas, this author has lived in many states from California to Virginia as a military dependent, active duty soldier, and spouse. Travels overseas often necessitated writing Sunday School materials for Americans whose military chapels had a scarcity of materials for all grade levels. She has taught every level of Sunday School from Pre-K to and through adult level classes and proudly served as Director of Religious Education on Army and Navy bases.
Married for over 45 years Philothea is the mother of four and a grandmother. She spends her time delving into God's Word on a daily basis, designing websites and writing.
