David Kline began his real estate carrier back in 1977 when he bought his first rental property at the age of twenty-one. David earned his real estate license in 1979 and became a successful full-time agent in 1984. He went on to become the top agent of a forty-five-member office in 1989 and 1990. Mr. Kline also was the top agent for the 550-member Azusa/Glendora Board of Realtors in December 1990.

David has owned several other rental properties, including single-family and several multiple-unit buildings. David’s primary focus was always his clients and not his own business. Starting in 1996, David began concentrating mainly on helping investors achieve their real estate goals. In 2004 David became a real estate broker in order to further his knowledge to better serve his clients.

Since 2007, David has invested in several projects to give him perspective as an investor to complement his knowledge as a real estate agent. He has extensive training and experience in the fields of the power of the mind, positive thinking, and the Law of Attraction. David holds licenses as a Centers for Spiritual Living Practitioner, and in Guided Imagery. Mr. Lovett is also a skill speaker and holds the highest designation from Toastmasters International, the DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster Award).
