Damian Hamill is Director of Training for Watt Works Consulting -- a consulting, coaching and training company based in the UK. He has many years experience as a respected coach, trainer and therapist.

Damian has been delivering training to a variety of audiences for a number of years across a range of professional and personal development areas including performance improvement, stress management, creativity, clinical hypnosis, NLP, communication and conflict resolution.

Damian's background includes working in the City of London advising listed companies at Board level on communication issues, both in an individual capacity and as part of an agency team. In addition, he has also held the positions of Course Director for a well-known hypnotherapy college and has been Senior Lecturer in Clinical Hypnosis for a London-based University.
