About the Author: James Baehler
James R. Baehler is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Hobart College. Born in New Mexico but raised in Chicago he is a lifelong fan of the Chicago Cubs. He has served as a contributing editor for Success Magazine. His articles have appeared in Across the Board Magazine, Savvy Magazine, the Chicago Tribune and have been syndicated in scores of newspapers.

Mr. Baehler has been interviewed on radio programs across the United States and Canada and on such television shows as "Business Times", "Business News", and "Ask Washington."

Mr. Baehler is the author of two books on business topics, "The New Managers Guide to Success" and "The Book of Perks", which received a favorable notice in Time Magazine for its lively and entertaining style.

Baehler is the co-author with Dr. Sheldon Cohen of "Bad Blood" a medical murder mystery.

For thirty years, Baehler was a negotiations consultant serving such clients as The Santa Fe Railway, Air France, NCR Corporation, American Airlines, TWA Pilots Association and the Union Pacific Railway among many others.

Baehler is listed in the 1995 edition of "International Who's Who" and was a semi-finalist in a Jeopardy! Seniors Tournament.
